HOW WE MANUFACTURE Each design begins as a hand sketch, then a CAD render your buying team approves before any gold is committed. Master karigars with twenty or more years at the bench hand-build the frame, solder the links and set the stones individually rather than pressing them into a machine mount. Antique finishing is done by hand-darkening and selective polishing so motif relief stays legible — the difference between temple work that reads as heritage and temple work that reads as costume. Multi-stage polishing follows, from rough buff to mirror. QUALITY AND HALLMARKING Every 22K piece carries the BIS 916 hallmark, every 18K piece the 750 mark, with the HUID applied before dispatch. Weight is verified twice — once after finishing, once at packing — and printed on the invoice so your counter weight matches ours exactly. Clasps, hooks and screw fittings are stress-tested, because a returned necklace costs you a customer, not just a repair.
