Custom & Bridal
Custom bridal and commissioned pieces are exchange-only against another piece of equal or higher value.

Manufacturing Defects
Lifetime exchange on verified manufacturing defects on hallmarked pieces. Send images first; we'll arrange insured collection.

International
Returns from outside India require pre-arranged insured shipping. Customer responsible for return logistics; refund issued on receipt and inspection.

Refund Timeline
Approved refunds credit within 7–10 working days to the original payment instrument.
