Become an Ambaa Gold overseas distributor.

An invitation-led programme reserved for established international jewellery houses with the network and infrastructure to represent us in their region.

Distribution is a marriage of trust. We appoint one principal partner per territory — and we appoint slowly.

The Overseas Distributor programme is the deepest level of partnership Ambaa Gold offers. A distributor holds exclusive rights to source, warehouse and resell our collections within an agreed territory, with sub-dealer rights, marketing co-investment and direct access to our leadership. We currently work with distributor partners in three regions, and we are open to conversations in five more. Selection takes time — typically a six-to-nine-month evaluation before appointment.

Annual Programme Review

Commercial terms, territory definition and growth plan reviewed every twelve months.

How it works

The appointment process

  1. Step 01

    Letter of Interest

    Share company profile, territory request and reason for interest with Mr. Bharat Jain.

  2. Step 02

    Trade Diligence

    Multi-stage trade reference, financial standing and infrastructure review (typically 60–90 days).

  3. Step 03

    Mutual Visit

    Leadership visit in both directions — to your facility and to ours in Mumbai.

  4. Step 04

    Distributor Agreement

    Formal agreement covering territory, commitments, exclusivity, pricing and review framework.

Eligibility

Eligibility

  • Three or more years of trading history in jewellery or luxury goods
  • Recognised brand presence in the proposed territory
  • Warehousing infrastructure capable of holding distributor inventory
  • Established sub-dealer or retail network you can activate
  • Audited financials and verifiable bank references
  • Senior leadership able to participate in mutual visits and annual reviews

How is this different from Global Wholesale?+

A wholesale partner buys from us. A distributor represents us — with exclusive rights, sub-dealer authority and shared market investment.

Which territories are currently open?+

Open conversations include North America (West Coast), the UK regions, Australia, New Zealand and parts of South-East Asia. We confirm territory availability after the introductory call.

What is the minimum annual commitment?+

Annual minimums are tailored to territory size and product mix. They are agreed mutually, not imposed.
